I’m an End-of-Life Doula and Companion Care provider offering compassionate, non-medical support to individuals and families navigating aging, caregiving, dying, death and grief.
I believe these experiences deserve honesty, compassion and space for the conversations that matter — and that no one should have to navigate them feeling unsupported.
My role isn’t to take over or tell you what this journey should look like. It’s to meet you where you are, offer practical and emotional support, and walk beside you through whatever comes next.
Compassionate, non-medical support for individuals and families before, during and after the end-of-life journey.
Support may include advance care planning, education about the dying process, emotional support, legacy projects, life review, vigil sitting and after-death support.
Meaningful companionship and practical, non-medical support that helps older adults remain connected, engaged and supported in their everyday lives.
Support may include companionship, walks and outings, appointments, errands, meal preparation, hobbies, caregiver respite and dementia-informed support.
Lets talk about it...
Talking about death doesn’t make it happen sooner.
It gives us the opportunity to understand what matters, make our wishes known, support the people we love, and live more intentionally while we’re here.
Training in End-of-Life Doula care with a focus on compassionate presence, advance care planning, communication, vigil support, legacy work and supporting individuals and families through dying and death.
Years of experience supporting older adults and individuals living with dementia, including specialized dementia-care education and an approach centred on dignity, connection and meeting people where they are.
My background spans companion care, long-term care, healthcare and senior living — but some of my greatest lessons have come from simply being beside people and families during incredibly vulnerable moments.
This work is professional, but it is also deeply personal to me.
Death is something every one of us will experience, yet it’s often one of the hardest things to talk about.
This is a space for honest conversations, practical information and resources that make death, dying and grief feel a little less overwhelming — and a lot more human.
You don’t need to be dying to talk about what matters to you.
Explore advance care planning, end-of-life wishes and practical ways to make your voice heard.
Death doesn’t have to be whispered about.
Let’s explore the questions, fears, stories and conversations that help us better understand dying, grief and what it means to live well.
